Fire Service
The village is covered by the by Wiltshire Fire Service. The first to respond would be Mere, crewed by eleven retained fire officers.  If Mere is unavailable, Tisbury will respond; thereafter crews from Shaftesbury and Warminster.
Refuse & Recycling
Black dustbins are emptied each Monday.  Blue dustbins (for recycling) are collected on alternate Mondays on dates shown in the Village Diary
